Shopify · NetSuite · Fulfillment automation
A repeatable order-to-fulfillment system built for two growing brands.
Kimmie Candy needed more than an attractive Shopify storefront. Orders had to land reliably in NetSuite and move through fulfillment with far less manual carrier and document work.

Complexity lived between the systems.
The commerce experience, ERP record, shipping decision, label, and fulfillment paperwork all needed to behave as one practical workflow. The solution also had to be reusable when sister brand Good Day Chocolate came next.
02 · What we delivered
Built around the operating reality.
- Built and launched the Kimmie Candy Shopify storefront and connected Shopify orders to NetSuite.
- Automated ShipStation to rate-shop USPS, FedEx, and UPS for the lowest-cost service meeting a two-day delivery target.
- Automated standard-box assignment, shipping-label purchase, and packing or sales-sheet printing.
- Reused the proven integration and fulfillment pattern for Good Day Chocolate, alongside homepage and footer work.

03 · Outcome
One automation, proven twice.
The connected workflow moves orders from Shopify into NetSuite and through carrier selection and label creation with less repetitive work. Its strongest proof was repeatability: the same operating pattern was deployed for a second brand.
