Packaged Salesforce–NetSuite connectors
Useful when account, contact, and order shapes stay close to standard CRM and ERP records.
When it is right: Straightforward B2B pipelines, limited custom objects, and clear stage-to-order rules.
Trade-offs: Custom Salesforce objects, complex quoting, and multi-subsidiary NetSuite setups often exceed template assumptions.
Celigo Salesforce and NetSuite flows
Strong fit when you need transforms, monitoring, retries, and maintainable exception queues between CRM and ERP.
When it is right: Growing sales ops teams, multi-subsidiary NetSuite, and programs that need visible failure handling.
Trade-offs: Still requires deliberate matching rules and ownership. Celigo will not invent clean customer identity for you.
Custom SuiteScript, RESTlet, REST, or middleware
Extend or replace edges when opportunity, quote, or finance rules cannot be expressed in packaged flows.
When it is right: Complex quoting, custom Salesforce objects, deposits, or fulfillment status that must drive CRM accurately.
Trade-offs: Higher design and governance cost; pair with tests, logging, and documented ownership.
Use when you already license Oracle Integration Cloud and want Salesforce ↔ NetSuite case, order, and adjacent flows governed inside that estate—not a second iPaaS.
When it is right: Enterprise Oracle Cloud governance, Salesforce case/order sync, attachments, fault handlers, and token-retry patterns your ops team already monitors in OIC.
Trade-offs: Slower than commerce-oriented Celigo templates for DTC catalogs. Worth it when OIC is already the integration control plane.
